Jona Schlegel

Jona Schlegel is a landscape archaeologist from Berlin, Germany. Since 2018 she has been working at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Archaeological Prospection and Virtual Archaeology (LBI ArchPro) on different case studies around Europe. Her main focus at the institute is the acquisition and interpretation of geophysical data Additional research topics of interest involve 3D documentation of archaeology, stratigraphy and spatial-temporal analysis, all of which are connected to her PhD studies at the University of Vienna, Austria.

Within INDIGO, Jona will help with the thesaurus, assists with graffiti photography and be involved in all aspects related to spatio-temporal data modelling. Her main task lies in the development of the online platform that will enable 3D visualisation and spatio-temporal querying off all documented graffiti.
