It is always a pleasure to see students thrive in academic projects, and few milestones are as meaningful as completing a doctoral thesis. Today, our valued INDIGO colleague Benjamin Wild successfully defended his PhD, titled “Safeguarding the ephemeral – photogrammetry for graffiti documentation“.
Benjamin played a key role in the development of AUTOGRAF, the graffiti change detection workflow and the accompanying INDIGO Change Detection Reference Dataset.
His doctoral title is, therefore, more than well-deserved. While we are saddened to see him leave academia, we sincerely wish him every success in his future endeavours.
